The Coin Shark: Spotify Will Cooperate With Barack and Michelle Obama To Develop Podcasts

One of the biggest music streaming services Spotify has announced its collaboration with the former US president Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama. The production company Higher Ground which was founded by the Obamas will help Spotify develop podcasts. The date of launch or any specific information on titles was not announced. However, it was confirmed that the production company will create a special department for Spotify’s broadcasts – Higher Ground Audio. Barack Obama shared his thoughts: “We’re excited about Higher Ground Audio because podcasts offer an extraordinary opportunity to foster productive dialogue, make people smile and make people think, and, hopefully, bring us all a little closer together.”   Higher Ground has already collaborated with video streaming service Netflix.
