Sweetbridge: Product Update: Wallet Alpha 07.08

  • Wednesday, 11 July 2018 16:23
This week, as we originally announced here, we again incorporated additional features and increased the volume of the Wallet Alpha’s testers. The findings we had gathered this week were very interesting as many of the testers provided in-depth feedback with some great ideas! In parallel to enhancing the Wallet Alpha, our product teams have also prepared for the product security and code audit that will start this week. This is a critical step towards launching the Wallet into production later this quarter while integrated with other Sweetbridge products.During the past week, these are the changes we have done to the Wallet Alpha:Grammar and Spelling Fixes in the Wallet setupSome of you have identified typos on our Wallet setup process which we have fixed. (Thanks Steven and Ty!)Clearly Define External Wallets Versus Sweetbridge WalletsAs you may know, we have a clear distinction between external wallets — wallets that are displayed on a “view only” mode — and the Sweetbridge wallets, which are the ones that are used for the activities in the Sweetbridge economy. To clearly define between the two types of wallets, we have added the word “External” next to any external wallet. To use these wallets on the Sweetbridge economy, you can always click on the “Import” button and move some of these funds to your Sweetbridge wallet.Add new numbers to the “Contact Us” sectionAs we serve customers all over the world, our customer support team must be available around the clock in various parts of the world. To ensure that all of our customers have the relevant contact number to call, we’ve added several additional options to the “Contact Us” section of the Global Header. (Thanks Jakub!)Change the Economy Metrics To A Rotating, Clickable TickerSome of you mentioned that you would like to see all of the economy metrics without clicking on the economy metrics button to open it up. Therefore, we changed that feature into a rotating ticker that switches metrics every 2–3 seconds. In addition, to have this view, you can still click on the ticker and view all of the economy metrics in its modal together. (Thanks Rustico!)In addition to the above, we have added some new metrics that will allow us to better analyze testers’ behaviour and understand areas of friction in the platform and processes that are not used by our community.Once again, thank you for your support, excitement and great feedback for the Sweetbridge Wallet Alpha so far. Only together we will be able to create a better way! Read more about how we’re implementing user feedback into our products here. Not yet got your hands on the Wallet?
