  • Tuesday, 03 July 2018 09:26
Our community spoke and we listenedAs we announced here, we released an Alpha version to the Sweetbridge Wallet last week, to a small group of 50 testers. Today, we are inviting another group of testers to join our Alpha and provide us with yet more excellent feedback. If you want to join our Sweetbridge Wallet Alpha, sign up for it here. We believe our members come first, so that’s why we have adopted a customer-centric approach to product development. That means we need your help! We are very interested in learning from your feedback and adapting the product based on your recommendations and comments. As a result, over the next few weeks we will be publishing a series of blog posts outlining updates to the Sweetbridge Wallet Alpha we are making on each week. Some of these updates will be directly based on our community’s recommendations and feedback so we invite all of our testers to jump in and tell use what you think. In the first week since we released the Sweetbridge Wallet Alpha, these are the changes we have made:Make Date Setting More FamiliarTo make it easier to set the dates for the Financial Statements and Recent Transactions, we changed the method to select the relevant date range to a calendar. Now getting a filtered view of your financial past or present is as easy as booking a flight or hotel.A special thanks our Alpha Tester, Michiel, for recommending this change! Interested in improving our product through your feedback as well? We now pre-fill your currency selector with your most recent deposit currency for quicker deposits. We also pre-fill the address of that wallet into the modal and increased the size of its QR code. Finally, we no longer disable the “copy address” button after one click, so you can now click it as many times as you want.Making It Easier To Add An External WalletWe think it’s useful to see all your assets in one place, so we’ve worked on making it easier to add your external wallets in a read-only mode. Specifically, we now preselect a previously used currency and fixed some icons alignment issues. Because the small things count.Performance EnhancementsSince the Sweetbridge Wallet, Financial Statements and Economy Metrics are all queried regularly from the blockchain and the journal, we minimized this syncing time and they now appear (almost) instantaneously once logging into the Sweetbridge platform. As well as everything above we have added some metrics that will allow us to better analyze testers’ behaviour and understand areas of friction in the platform and processes that are not used by our community. We’re Delighted To Build This TogetherOnce again, we would like to thank your great support, excitement and amazing feedback for the Sweetbridge Wallet Alpha in the past week. It’s only together that we will be able to create a better way!Be on the lookout for our blog about how we collect, analyze and implement community feedback in the coming weeks. Not yet got your hands on the Wallet?
