The Coin Shark: Exit Scam: $30 Million Is Stolen In Another Crypto Theft Inside Dark Web
It has not been a while since dark web drug dealers were charged with laundering money in crypto and selling illegal drugs in the USA when the new case concerning dark web arose. This time it is connected with scam.
According to some rumors and a tiny thread posted in the Dread Forum, a Reddit-like website for dark web users, Wall Street Market (WSM) has scammed and threated their own customers. Moreover, it stole approximately $30 million of users’ cryptocurrency stored in the platform. Here is a post written by Hug Bunter.

He stated that the WSM is a scam with the warning that supporting staff, including the marketplace’s official community manager and moderator, “Med3I1n”, might blackmail users. This thread has gained 359 comments.
User Vanilla Surf received a message which confirms the abovementioned suspicion. Here it is.

According to the WSM vendor “californiasfinest”, there are also cases that supporting staff threatens people to leak their contact information to the police unless they pay the crypto ransom.
Californiasfinest said:
“The support department is sending messages with all of my orders that include plain text on their bitcoin address, asking for them. They are blackmailing users now to pay or they will be included in the list which will be leaked to the FBI and Europol.”
