Last week Verge suffered a cyber attack. This was a sore point for Verge as the team is proud of its “security/anonymity/privacy”. In a short period of time, the attacker made off with around 250,000 coins.
On April 5th, after the attack XVG fell to its lowest level in a week. But this week we saw the cryptocurrency experience gains again. It is still far away from the record high we saw on December 24th but will be able to continue climbing.
