NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. The UK Treasury plans to conduct an inquiry into cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. It wants to examine and explore the crypto world looking at the opportunities and risks that digital currencies may bring to consumers, businesses, and the Government. Jon Montroll, the founder of cryptocurrency exchange BitFunder has been charged with fraud. He ran it as an unregistered securities exchange, defrauding users. The site was launched in 2012, and was closed just one year after opening. Telegram is holding the second private pre-sale of its ICO. It already raised $850 million just one month ago. Only accredited investors who have been invited may purchase the discounted coins. The Telegram Open Network is to be an Ethereum like eco-system that supports apps, services and a store for both physical and digital goods.
