Logan Saether, smart contracts engineer from ChronoLogic introduces the Ethereum Alarm Clock (EAC) in this video from the CoinFest edition of Bitcoin Wednesday recorded on 4 April 2018.
The EAC is a smart contract protocol that makes time-based transactions possible via Ethereum. In simpler terms, using EAC, one can schedule transactions to take place at a time in the future. In this presentation Logan also discussed the use cases and future prospects for the protocol.
