Crypto For The People: Deck of Cards workout! Do this ANYWHERE ANYTIME!
The deck of cards can be done in many ways, as I explain. It's a format. And you can insert exercises into the format. I CV totally use the cards in various formats.
The workout today is basic, but good. And can be kind of fun.
Hearts= squats
Diamonds = push ups
Spade= sit ups
Clubs= jumping Jack's
Turn over each card and do the exercise and the correlated number of reps.
So a 4 of spades...do 4 reps of sit ups
Aces=15 reps
J,Q,K=10 reps
We also explained a way to do it where you can assign each number an exercise and do 10 reps every time
A= lunges
K= crunches
J= star jumps
10= jump squats
Etc.
In this scenario, you would do 10 reps of the exercise you pulled. There are 4 cards of each number, so you end up doing 40 reps of 13 exercises.

PS. The jumping Jack's are super easy in this workout. Change them to burpee or some sort of jump to make the workout harder.
