CoinDesk: CFTC Chair Behnam on Ooki DAO Case
The controversial case against Ooki DAO was “so egregious and so obvious” that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) had to pursue it, said Chairman Rostin Behnam. At DC Fintech Week, Behnam also noted that the Ooki DAO case was an example of "clear fraud."
