In the 1960s, in a deeply-regretted project at Brown University, I proposed to put Nabokov's novel "Pale Fire" into a screen demo, and actually got permission from the publisher-- but it was nixed by IBM. It's a very nice format for "Nelson documents"-- parallel pages visibly connected-- though it doesn't use Xanadu methods. Note that you can make a portable copy of the demo by doing "Save As" with Chrome or Safari.
