This blockchain solution allowed monitoring of the COVID-19 vaccination process at the Mediterranean Hospital in Cyprus The E-HCert blockchain solution test was successfully completed on January 4, 2021. 100 doctors and nurses received the vaccine. VeChain (VET) and I-Dante teams worked together to create the platform. Since December, this health data management system has been monitoring the conduct and results of PCR tests for COVID-19. Each vaccinated person received a digital certificate of vaccine administration in their E-HCert application. Due to the excellent results of the pilot test, the blockchain solution will be extended to the National Health System of the Republic of Cyprus and the EU.
