If we get continued bull in stocks, or finally a correction, or worst case another deflationary collapse, in all scenario's, gold is likely to go down. Going through the arguments why gold is likely in a long term bear market (mining production still rising, bear usually lasts 20y, not 10y, other commodities like oil not in bull market) and short term also likely to go down (inflows into gold funds ben exceptionally high). Explaining why and how I use put options this time to protect my portfolio and try to capture gains.
