If you're let's say an older adult (whether we're talking about people in their fifties, or senior citizens/retirees), there are things that you specifically need to know about personal finance.
Personal finance for "seniors" essentially revolves around having a firm grasp on your needs and limitations. To put it differently, a personal finance strategy that worked great when you were maybe 28 would hardly be the best choice now that you're a retiree.
Should older adults be more conservative than their younger counterparts?
Of course... but that hardly means personal finance for seniors should be boring! On the contrary, there's plenty of room for creativity with respect to your financial strategy if you're an older adult and this video will definitely help!
After watching it, you should be able to (much) better understand your financial needs and what it is specifically that older adults such as retirees should do compared to younger people.
At the end of the day, however, a personal finance strategy is and should be something deeply personal, so the final decisions are yours and only yours to make!
