The new HP OMEN X 2S will be the first gaming laptop equipped with two displays. The main display will have a diagonal of 15 inches, and an additional – 6 inches. Source: www8.hp.comA really interesting feature is the screen mirroring, which allows owners of OMEN X 2S to cut and enlarge certain screen fragments. Until now, this tool has not been supported by any device. The laptop comes with Intel Core i7 and Core i9 9th generation processors (more precisely, Core i7-9750H and Core i9-9880H), as well as 20-series Nvidia graphics cards (RTX 2070 and RTX 2080), both OMEN X 2S models have sufficient power. The HP OMEN X 2S series should go on sale in the UK in July of this year. Approximate prices for the product OMEN X 2S with a Core i7 processor with 512 GB SSD, 16 GB of RAM and RTX 2070 will be £2,499.99, while a Core i9 version with 1 TB of SSD, 32 GB of RAM and RTX 2080 will cost around £3499.99. Such complex specifications will undoubtedly be a strain to the HP OMEN X 2S battery as well as the second touch screen, so you shouldn’t expect extra performance. Nevertheless, HP promises that the chassis will remain cool due to the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut liquid metal thermal interface. And while the concept of a multi-screen gaming laptop is not new in itself, the HP OMEN X 2S will certainly attract the attention of a large circle of gamers.
