The rise of Bitcoin cryptocurrency has contributed to the overall revival in the market. In particular, research firm Diar notes that institutional traders conduct record volumes of operations with BTC. According to Cryptocompare, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) remains the main leader in the BTC derivatives market, with unprecedented growth in April and May 2019. The average daily volume is 14,000 contracts. In general, monthly trading reached $6.6 billion.
